Shocking service

<p>I took out a Neotel account and all seemed to go well at first. Or at least untill I wanted to cancel my contract due to no signal/ no internet. I have sent 47 email ********** where Neotel has acknowled receipt of my mail. Its more than a year now and I still get debited every month. I canceled the debit ordeer with my back last month so Neotel took a double debit this month. I'm extremely frustrated about the situation. </p> <p> </p> <p>I don't believe I'll get a response from this as I see Neotel has probably one of the worst response rates. But at least potential new client will have the opertunity to read my experience. </p>
