Service that SUCKS!

Still get messages from Neotel reminding me that my service will stop 27 May 2019 and suggesting I use up my airtime and port out my number. What they don'y say is why they would not release my number last April (2018) and why this year they would not release it to Vodacom for 3 months. I then tried SwitchTel and they could not get the number either. Their reason, I cancelled the service so I cannot get my number. The fact that they sent me a letter warning me they were terminating the service does not matter. All that matters is they want to force me to go to MTN which I do not want to do as I already have Vodacom FTTH. So they conveniently just "lost" my number I had for 40 years. Just another example of the atrocious service levels in this country. Neotel, YOU SUCK.
