Service is worst and responce time takes ages.

8 mnths ago I was taken neotel data connection, fron day 1 there was problem in the connection, I gave complain morethan 10 times, a technique vl fix the issue after 2 days issue is ther again.And responce from the team is worst and un profissional. I will never ever suggest neotel to any other one. I am totally disappointes that from past 2 months there was no internet but i am paying 1200 rands each month( of cource every month I am doing the same thing with out using a dat paying 1200 every month). To cancel line i have to pay canceling free which is unfair where service provider is unable to provide service but reject to cancel it. I am truly disappointed with the useless service from NEOTEL. Responce from the officials from call center and technical team is worst. I requested to escalte the issue to manager number of times but no manager called me about the issue from neotel team.
