Service deteriorating

l walked in Neotel CEDAR square branch in Fourways intending to purchase a Zte wifi battery- *** .<br> <br> l had a disgusting customer service after walking in to your Cedar square NEOTEL branch, Fourways. The male customer attendant did not even have a clue if the batteries were in stock as he ended up asking the female counter part as he was just sitting thinking that he was doing me a favour as l wanted to buy it. l even showed him what l was looking for, its so sad and pathetic in terms of sales, service and tarnishing the image of NEOTEL. He even informed me that NEOTEL never had such a device, its so pathetic. He claims that his name was NEKHONHLA. Then suddenly the other Neotel assistant in that particular shop shouted that you will receive an SMS if it to be phased out. l just do not know what this was coming from.<br> <br> After the above complications l e-mailed the sales and marketing department in Midrand on the sales help desk e mail ( 3 January 2016) and up to now the response is still at large. My question now is, Is Neotel still have such devices in stock? If it have been phased out, why didn't they inform also?<br>
