Ridiculous Limitations of Availability

I have been a loyal, happy customer for over 5 years or so and need to upgrade my internet drastically due to new living arrangements. I wanted to upgrade from a capped 10gig product to an Uncapped product and was willing to gladly pay for this. I was however told that they do not supply \Uncapped\" to the area I am living in. Here's the catch, I live in Witfield, Johannesburg... I cannot understand how a modern internet supplier in 2016 cannot offer this. I understand if I lived on some plot 50km out from anywhere, sure... but this is Germiston / Boksburg in a Major City (JHB), where probably thousands of \"potential customers\" live. I am now forced to change my service provider to someone else who can accommodate me... "
