RICA MESS

I keep getting calls from the call centre about RICA issues on one of our telephone numbers with Neotel. They are however not empowered to resolve the isssue and expects me the customer to do their work for them. So all Neotel basically have as a callcentre then is a fleet of people with telephones harrassing customers.<br>
