Restricted Calls

i hereby request an answer from Neotel what they are doing on restricting my services on my phone number ********** 945 which has not been in operations in the months of December, January till mid of February when I reported them to you and in the months in question the monies were deducted and they were never paid back to the company which I believe they should had courtesy in pay or in adding to the account not to restrict my calls yet they were the ones at fault when I had a ruim blockage
