Request quote online but still nothing =/

This is about the 5th time in a stretch of 3/4months that I've requested a quote on Neotel's website. I do not receive any sort of confirmation email that they in fact reserved my query, but aside from that....I still haven't received a quote.<br> <br> Came to HelloPeter to see what peoples experience has been like with Neotel (know them but haven't dealt with them) only to see a bunch of bad reviews. Really not good for a first impression of this company. Unfortunately they the only company that provide the solution I require, so I am hoping that one day I will receive the quote that I've requested multiple times.
