Regret using this company!!!

Two representatives arrived end October full of promises about services that they offer. Since then we have had trouble at least three times a week. Our phone lines are constantly down and technicians have to come in every single time. I don't even want to think about how much money we're losing. Have tried every tactic over the phone from threatening to straight out BEGGING for service. I wish we could have our old system back. It worked for 40 years. This system has not worked for a week.
