Refusing to return calls

<p>For the past 2 months I have been trying to resolve why we do not have any internet in the evening from 8 pm and All the call center agents say is send me a screen shot but never return call or resolve issues now I find out that every query I open they simply mark as completed without resolving the issue I regret moving to Neotel They don't even know who their managers are or who is in charge of technical issues when you call them I am being billed for a 4 Mbps line but can't even get 1 Mbps DONT BECOME A CLIENT of NEOHELL</p>
