Really Frustrated!!!

We have had numerous problems with our telephone lines in the past two months It has now reached a point of total discomfort, we are dealing with client queries now being irate because the lines are cut continuesly, we also cannot hear half the conversation I am begging you, please sort out this mess otherwise my complaint will go to the highest level - MD, we cannot run a business like this and send in complaints every other day and then wait weeks for you to solve it !!!!!
