Promised speed all I get is slow

<p>I purchased a 15Gig neoflex 3G 24 months contract from Neotel about a year ago, since I have purchased this product all I get is extremely slow Internet speeds , I have been in contact with the suppliers technical support and they suggest that I get a external Antena as my signal is poor and that it is not poor enough for them to provide it themselves , I was told it won't be more than R200, when I contacted the service provider for the antenna I got a quote for R2500, this is not what I was told, still have the extremely slow Internet and neotel says it's not their problem. </p>
