<p>We have been with Neotel for 14 months and we were ******* into taking a 36 months contract with them. We were promised the best service and product and was esured by the technician that the signal is realy good at my house. We signed up for a 1mps line. That was the begining of the worst con ever. Not a single day goes by that we actualy get a 1mps signal. The fact is the line is so slow you can't even use e-mail. When you call there is always an excuse or they create a ticket and will contact you in 48 hours to resolve the matter, the only result is, they will send a technical team to come and investigate but you have to pay. Neotel's service and call center is a total joke. Stay away from Neotel at all cost, once they have you signed up you will regret every single momen</p>
