POOR SERVICES AND POOR ADMINISTRATION

Greetings <br> <br> <br> I had an account with Neotel and which I only found out that I owed 54 cents only when i was trying to get an application for a house which failed because of Neotel. They handed me over to Credit Beureau which i was not aware that i owed because i had cancelled the contract and they failed on they side to do they administration. Is it so hard to send a statement stating that can you please pay us 54 cents than to just hand a person over without them knowing. Now I could not get a house because of Neotel. <br> I would like an apology from they side and a letter written and signed by the Director asking for Credit Beureau to remove me from they system and send me the letter send to Credit Beureau. I would like this to be done as a matter of urgency as I am already disappointed with the service and beyond disappointed. <br> I cannot get a house for my child because of Neotel.<br> <br> <br> I would like to be assisted regarding this matter as matter of urgency. Can the supervisor or Manager write another letter which he/she will sign and it should instruct Credit Bureau to remove me of they system as i have paid. I could not get my bond application approval because of Neotel
