Poor Service - False promises
We installed a Neotel 6MB Wimax link from Neotel. It is not 6MB as advertised and promised. If we are lucky we will get 4MB down and 1.7MB up. I have sent numerous mails to [Email Removed] and the only response I get is \Automated response acknowledging receipt of your e-mail "which help me nothing.<br> <br> Neotel are in fact not as good as they advertise."""
