Poor service

<p>Hi I have been using NEOTEL for many years and they line speed is extremely slow,</p> <p>I app**** for 4mb line WIMAX.</p> <p>for the past few weeks everything is fine but they downgrade my line to 2mb without giving notice,</p> <p>but they expected me to pay 4mb line fees.</p> <p>I send several emails and make complaint of their services but no reply....</p> <p>I make called to complaint but they said they can not guarrenty line speed but they expected me to pay for the service.</p> <p>PLEASE DO NOT USE NEOTEL AS MY PERSONAL ADVISE.</p>
