Poor RICA performance

Instead of requesting documents required once their capacity only allows them to request a few at a time. Obviously drags out the process. In fact it drags it out so long that the first documents submitted has now been misplaced bt Neohel. Of course the fact that my line has been disconnected for 3 weeks did not stop them billing me a service fee for this period.
