Poor Response

Service was properly cancelled on 30 June 2017 to terminate on 31 July 2017. On 31 August 2017 they took another debit order which they were not entitled to. I returned the debit order. They have attempted to repeat that debit order for the last 5 months which has been returned on each occasion and I cannot get them to stop tempting to put through the debit order. They clearly do not know that attempting to extract money from a banking account when permission has been denied is ********. But these people are so far removed from reality that I doubt they know what day it is.
