Poor reception. Sorry for you!!!

<p>For the last couple of days my Neotel service both internet and phone have seriously gone for a ball of ???????. Firstly, I was told by the calldesk to close my business and take my phone to Midrand to have it replaced due to poor reception. Secondly my internet service at home is none existent. For the last couple of months no reception. No service. Calls have been logged but still no service.</p>
