Poor Pathetic Service from Neotel

<p>‎Recently I moved houses and my neotel internet refused to work . So I decided to cancel my contract.. Went to store and handed my ****le back.. Someone from neotel called me and told me end of August will be my last debit with R80 something being a service fee.. Yesterday I received a invoice for R400! When I called Them.. They say they charging me to terminate my services... Firstly is it my fault they cannot provide a service in my area? Secondly they specifically told me end August will be my final settlement now going back on their word?? please check the call logs the ref is fcr ********** 92 spoke to Busi. I WAS TOLD VERY CLEARLY THAT END OF AUGUST IS THE LAST PAYMENT WHICH WAS MADE UP OF 26 RAND USAGE FOR ONE WEEK AND SERVICE FEE 80 RAND . I ASKED REPEATLY IS THIS THE LAST PAYMENT AND WAS TOLD YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!<br /><br /></p>
