Poor internet connectivity

<p>I have signed up for a 24 month contract and service was reasonable but slow until recently. Two complaint were raied for service and no response from them at all. The provided router is defective resulting in now internet connectivity but they continue recover monthly and the only option seems to pay for cancelation of the contract. This is totally unacceptable! Client service centre calls ends up in complete frustration. Poorest internet service provider experience thus far!!!!</p>
