Poor download speed from Neotel

<p>I am on a Neotel NeoBB Wireless 4Mbps Promo package.</p> <p>For the last 4 months my data service are poor to say the least, with either no or extremely slow download speed. It has actually been going on like this since September 2016, but the last couple of months are just the worst!! I feel it is unacceptable being charged every month for an unsatisfactory service.</p> <p>I have reported the issue over and over again to their customer care department without any luck. They either don't get back to you or they tell you to restart your antenna and router. A Technician has also been dispatched to my house about 4 times to "realign the antenna" without any luck. The last Technician who attempted to sort the issue out told me that he believes the base station is too congested and therefore the extremely speeds.</p> <p>I don’t understand why Neotel / Liquid Telecoms have gone this bad! They used to offer a great service but it is pathetic the last couple of months to say the least!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
