Poor customer service and lack of competence ( Neotel )

I have been with Neotel for about 5 years. Neotel are mostly serving business. One would think that they would take their business serious. I have been through the 3rd handset now. The second one didn't last a week and they replaced it. The last handset hasn't done a year yet.

Trying to call their branches apparently they don't have branches anymore. Called the call Centre the agent hung up the phone on my face.

Last time I got my handset I had to wait 3 months as they didn't have any stock. Turns out they again out of stock.

If you want to get business done stay away from Neotel. It seems this company has no customer service nor they interested on their clients needs.

I will be looking to convert my number ASAP.
