Payment not allocated

Payment was made on the 7/09/15 and it does reflect on the system but when we phoned now we were told that the \SYSTEM"will only allocate the amount beginning of October so the account now is in arrears. Since we had this wifi from Mid July we never had the correct info or billing info and we had numerous problems from day 1. Really pathetic!!! Unfortunately we had bought the rooter otherwise I was gone long ago to a new service provider!!!"""
