paying client but get nudebt messages

<p>Ive been a client with Neotel since June 2016. I have never skipped a payment. In Dec 2016 i started receiving sms from nudebt to say thank you for payment? I couldnt understand this and called nudebt to enquire. With a paid up current account never been in arrears account it was handed over to nudebt. After many calls and emails i got it sorted( whithout any explanation) so today again i get a sms from nudebt to thank me for payment on my account which is not in arrears according to them and Neotel. Call again get transferred from A TO Z and still has no one called to explain or to apologise for their incompetence! </p>
