PATHETIC TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICE

<p>Called the helpline, spoke to EDITH, she was absolutely unhelpfu. are we not doing proper interviews these days? neotel has stupid people working for them. she could not even speak over the phone, she kept pausing, and getting confused and even mistakes my name. terrible terrible service, not to mention that she leaves me on hold for ten minutes and is still unable to assist!!!&nbsp;</p>
