Pathetic Services and customer care

<p>So I phone in to get assistance because my rooter's wifi did not work. (Making the story shorter as there was loads of phone calls), Got promised that I would recieve a replacement the next day, Waited 3 days phoned back call got droppped after asking to speak to a manager, Phoned back got hold of a manager he promised it to be sorted... I got a rooter after massive hassle, The manager also promised that I will not pay for the time the wireless did not work... Guess what that also didnt happen... Still paying full premium, still issues with the wifi, Still no services when phoning in.... </p>
