PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER

<p>I've been a satified client for years but for the last few months Neotel has become nothing but a headache and frustration with a connection that has become very slow. Been without internet and phone coverage for almost two weeks now and even the months before that endless problems. On the phone for upto 35 minutes at a time with no positive results. They say they'll call back but never do. A phone call now adays is a costly affair. Endless excuses. Opperaters that can not give you " sense making" explanation. Im paying for a service I'm not getting. Was told a technician would call 24 to 48 hours.... that was Saturday ,today is Monday. My business is suffering because of this. I was told a ticket would be issued without being explained what a ticket is. </p> <p>Very unhappy and frustrated.</p>
