Pathetic Service from Neotel

i signed up for a Neo Flex data 15Gb package, The first 3 months i was getting upload and download speeds of 3mbps . There after speeds of 0.2 Mbps download and upload of 0.1 Mbps<br> <br> The initial response was, The speed test is note the neotel speed test results, so i di a test on there speed test which was the same speeds, next response , was i have too many devices connected, 1 laptop , 1 cellphone. <br> <br> I logged another call sent the speed test screen shots ( neotel , of course, dont see the point ), was told 0,3 is acceptable speeds, call closed by Octavia Sebeela, Asked her to escalate and she said she cant, as 0,3Mbps is good speeds. <br> <br> Then after getting somewhere with another neotel tech, i deceided to go on their LTE 1mbps package, just to test then may take the 4mbps package if those speeds are constant, was told their contractors would call me, which they did , apointment was made for 5pm 30 Sept, The tech calls me at 4:30 at my gate, which i opened for him saying i will be there at 5 as discussed, he then left, made the next appointment which the tech never pitch, then was told i will be charged a callout fee of R800 then an installation of R500, <br> <br> I want out of Neotel
