Pathetic service from Neotel

<p>my Neotel line has not been working properly for weeks. After several follow ups and a technician coming out, the tech informed me that they can fix the line properly. Called back to Neotel this morning and it's been marked as closed and resolved. When I said it isn't they offered to log this for me again. Trying to speak to a supervisor is pointless - they are always in 'meetings'. I just want this service cancelled and I'm not willing to pay cancellation fees for a service I'm currently not receiving. My ref is TECH ********** 52</p>
