PATHETIC SERVICE AT NEOTEL

<p>Since i have opened an account with neotel i have been experiencing problems with their accounts department. </p> <p>They have constantly been overcharging me despite the fact that my account was up to date. Despite numerous queries, they have failed to rectify this issue, so i changed my account status to cash payments and have undertaken to make my monthly installments. I have always been on time with payments however they have still been charging me interest on late payment. this has now affected my credit score and i am extremely appauled at the service as they dont even answer their phones!! they do not respond to emails nor do they call back!. highly frustrated.</p>
