Pathetic Service

Neotel continues to demand payment in amount in excess of R5300 for an outstanding account since 1 ********** , on a Pretoria 012 number which I never had and an address where I never resided. I completed avidavits as well as additional documents required, they however continue to harass me!! I have ever been handed over to the Credit Bureau!!!!! I have spent many hours calling and attempting to resolve this injustice and only receive promises that it will be resolved.... PLEASE ASSIST
