Pathetic service

<p>I logged a query on 24 April 2017 for our WiFi to be repaired. It is the 4th of May still no assistance.</p> <p>We were told that the turn around time for queries is 48 hours. Every time I call I am given a new excuse. First they said the contact number was incorrect which is very strange since our telephone line is provided by neotel. How can you not have your clients number? now they keep telling me the technicians will call me and they never do.</p> <p>Please look into SREQ ********** 65. you are not doing us a favour. We are paying for this service. Stop giving silly excuses and send technicians to fix this WiFi.</p> <p>I am tired of pathetic service neotel. At this rate I am even considering cancelling this service </p>
