Pathetic Connection

<p>I purchased a Neotel Router in April 2016 and it was working fine till about 2months ago when Neotels system went down and since then i am having ENDLESS problems getting my router to stay connected.I am LITERALLY everyweek on the phone to the call centre and changing IP addresses and then it works for a few hours and bang same thing happens.I am having to switch this thing on and off a few times a day...Last week I was told to take the router into my closest store which was N1City only when i got there, to be told they moved to Durbanville and only work Monday to Friday
