Pathetic!

How many times do I have to complain about this!!!!! <br> <br> I have now lodged complaints on Hello Peter and to Neotel!!!!!!<br> <br> A consultant phoned me to say that I would be refunded before the end of the month!!! Now apparently my account was in arrears which is was not because Neotel literally deducted these amounts without my consent!<br> You have left me no option. I have warned Neotel before and I am now done with warnings.<br> <br> I will lay an official charge at the Consumer Tribunal.<br> <br> I do not know whether you are aware of this but Neotel has actually ****** money from me as they deducted amounts from my account after my contract was terminated!<br> <br> I am done! <br>
