Over promise under deliver

I havebeen a client with neotel for one month now. I honetly cant believe that such an innovative company like Neoltel has no way to track date ussage, The internet is exeptionally slow. i have done the speed test required however I did it on [URL Removed] None of thr consultants told me to do a speed test on neotel website. Only when i emailed all my info to the technical department. Did they respond and told me exCtly what to do. Also the speed test ruiquires it to be directly linked to the router via cable... Of course you will get A better speed this way. I also use my data specifically with my chrome cast which uses the wifi network, my 15 gig is already used up for the month. I emailed chromecast and video strea, to comfirm if the device requires data it requies internet access but not data. So i dont understand why my data is already finished! I think neotel over promisses and under delivers. I thought my speed would be wirless broadband speed however sometimes my download speed and upload speed does not even reach 2 mps. I need asnswers and I hope someone with a more technical background can contact me to answer my questions. If not i will cancel my contract.
