Online contact form faulty - No reply from Talk2Us

I am looking for a telecomms solution for a partner company (SME). <br> I filled in a contact form on the Neotel website.<br> But it is SO badly \programmed"that it does not accept my valid email address [Email Removed]<br> Nor does it accept our valid company name (Marketplace Energy (Pty) Ltd). Really??? Why??<br> In the end the only way I could submit the form was to use a different email address and leave the company name blank. Yuk Neotel!<br> I then sent an email to your so called Talk2us email address with regard to this issue. No reply/response!!<br> Great start to our relationship with a potential service provider.<br> Perhaps I should just talk to Vox Telecom. They are a little more responsive"""
