Offer a service but unable to deliver!

In July 2017 we inquired about a fibre line and were told it would be possible to get it for our business. During the initial phase communication was excellent and we were constantly updated on the progress. After 2 months we constantly had to beg for updates as we were not sure if this service would be delivered as promised.

We expressed that we required this service for a crucial project and the service that was offered played a critical role to our timeline. The launch of our project is fast approaching and we have no idea if we will get the service or not! It is frustrating that so much time has been wasted and we still have no clear time on when this could be delivered.
