Non-existent contract!

I had a Neotel line for 2 years which I was told would be my minimum term of contract by the agent when I purchased the service. A few months after the 2 years mark had been reached my Neotel line was cut by Neotel but you still kept charging every month with no service. I later decided to terminate my service after 3 months of no service, I was then told I would be charged a termination fee because my contract was for 36 months which was is not true! I have asked for documentation or a phone call of me agreeing to those conditions of cause that was never produced. I have never ever signed any documentation stating that I had any contract with you! I do not know how you claim to have contract and charge me with fees and cut my services and still expect me to pay! The only document I have is a screenshot from one of your sales consultants just showing me the order had been place. Absolutely no documentation! No contract! Absolutely sketchy business!
