Non-existent client service

<p>Neotel operates *********ly and has absolutely no client service - Have been trying to stop debiting my account for over 6 months now - Contract has expired and I have given written notification. Call center agents are very unhelpful and rude - Shocking services all round and sadly the lowest customer service in South Africa and that is saying a lot considering the general state of services in South Africa. Have no confidence that they actually have the ability to resolve this or any other queries by clients.</p>
