NO STOC****
<p>Phoned Customer Care and spoke to Bongani - very polite and helpful.</p> <p>I requested help with a replacement phone as the one I have is defective, he advised that Neotel DO NOT HAVE STOCK of phones AT ALL even used ones to be used on a temproarary basis. So, a business who's stock in trade is communications. does not have the means to carry that out - how does it survive? In the meantime I carry on paying my account but can't utilise the service????</p> <p>Not Impressed! </p>
