No service despite the coverage map

We have decided to switch from Telkom to Neotel since our Telkom ADSL leaves a lot to be desired.<br> <br> Neotel has sent us a cellular device a while ago and we were waiting for installation of our Internet solution before porting our landline number from Telkom to Neotel.<br> <br> The installer was here this morning and attempted to install Ymax - not feasible. The installer then attempted to go the LTE route - not feasible. Neotels' closest tower is (according to the installer) only 2 km's away.<br> <br> Now I guess we have to stick to Telkom (even though their service is useless most of the time) as Neotel will be just as useless.<br> <br> WHAT PUZZLES ME MOST IS THE FACT THAT YOUR COVERAGE MAP (MUCH LIKE TELKOMS) STATES THAT YOUR SERVICES ARE VIABLE IN OUR AREA, YET THEY ARE NOT. WHY NOT BE HONEST ON YOUR COVERAGE MAP?
