No service at all
So I have complaint 3 times about my voicemail that is not working and it has been WEEKS and still Neotel is not fixing it. This is really bad service. Seems like Neotel don't care about customer service. And don't try and phone me, I cannot answer the phone during the day. If you do care and want to respond, do so by email.

22 Nov 2017, 10:07So Neotel call centre call me just to say that they have problems with voicemail and my voicemail will never work. I feel this is something the public needs to know so that NOBODY will go to neotel ever. This is the worst service I have ever received from any company. I am going to the papers and billboards if I am not contacted by the CEO in 24 hours. AND I AM NOT JOKING. Make sure your CEO contacts me or you will all see your names in the paper and on a billboard.
