No Service

<p>Ive been having problems with internet connection for a few months.</p> <p>I was promised a techie would come out and have a look. That was more than a month ago and never happened.</p> <p>Last week I was promised AGAIN the call will be escalated. This morning when I phoned my call was CLOSED.</p> <p>I was then asked to hold on. I was on hold for 19 min and then I put down.</p> <p>I cannot send or receive any WhatsApp pics. IF I get a website open.. and that is a big IF, I can only see the text and no pics.</p> <p>This happens on WiFi and LAN connections.</p> <p>I was asked to do a speedtest.net test, but couldnt even get the site open.</p> <p>If I send an email I get an automatic reply of -we will come back to you. Nobody does. When I phone and choose the option for Neotel to ph me back, they dont.</p> <p>I pay the acc every month - WHEN WILL I GET SERVICE?</p> <p> </p>
