NO SERVICE!!!

what a pathetic company Neotel is, I have tried everything to get my line corrected and cannot seem to come right with them. I run my business from this line and I am losing income on a daily basis. there has been no bother from Neotel after my initial complaint. what am I paying for if my service is not working correctly. they don't even bother to send someone out to look and see what the issue is. I have to drive to Midrand myself to try and sort the situation out, only to get a new handset and then get back to my office to find that the same problem persists. I will not recommend this service provider to anyone as, yes, they are great at signing you up however, the after sales service leaves a hell of a lot to be desired...
