No response to complaint about spped of connection

After being advised that installing a Neotel DSL line would give us an infinitely faster internet connection, we are disappointed to discover that our old Telkom service was much better. We complained by email and phone and were promised that we would be contacted by someone who could assist us, but no one has done so.
