No response on their number and email

I just received a device from them and to my amazement, I don't have connection even though they said my area is covered for 3G access. I have been trying to call ever since and no one seems to care. I can't be in a contract when I can't use the device from home.<br> <br> Your call centres aren't adequately staffed and the agents say they will call back but that never happens. The [Email Removed] address is a joke...
