<p>it has now been 13 days since i sent neotel a complaint about the troubles im having with the NRMB 3000 router and well Neotel netork in general, Customer sevice is pathetic, call centres are useless aswel, having the phone put down in my ear 3 times when i ask to talk to the manager. for a company to treat the customers like this, is PATHETIC, you want to gain customers not treat them like **** and lose customers....well let me tell you, i will not be the last the to leave Neotel. terrible terrible service.</p>
