No resolution of problem despite promises to resolve!
My colleague, Robyn, has reported an issue regarding a faulty POE. The call centre has advised someone will call to arrange for it to be repaired. Despite promises, nothing has happened and she is now without any internet. After further calls to the customer service numbers, nothing has been done.
Poor service Neotel.
