No Internet Service for 3 weeks and counting

<p>I have a Neotel capped wireless internet service at my home in Boksburg which has been down for 3 weeks and counting. The router connects and signal is strong, but there is no bandwidth available. My daughter studies online and I sometimes work from home but this outage is costing me big time. Come on Neotel, I have to phone in and e-mail YOU to find out what is happening!!! (which is nothing as an outage of this magnitude should have been rectified within hours, not weeks)</p> <p> </p>
